I hate when people wrongly talk about certain things as being bad for you or when people say things for ex. about how sugar is “toxic”. No….. A little reminder:

  • SUGAR IS NOT UNHEALTHY, YOUR BODY ACTUALLY NEEDS IT. TOO MUCH SUGAR IS UNHEALTHY.
  • FAT IS NOT UNHEALTHY, YOUR BODY ACTUALLY NEEDS IT. TOO MUCH FAT IS UNHEALTHY.
  • SALT IS NOT UNHEALTHY, YOUR BODY ACTUALLY NEEDS IT. TOO MUCH SALT IS UNHEALTHY.

I know I haven’t been really active on here. I have been actively trying to get in better shape though, and I have dropped from 260lbs to 250lbs. My jeans now fit again luckily as winter is coming!
